Privacy statement

Student Support Loosduinen (Rocio Lopez, KvK 69908427, C.A. van Beverenplein 16, 2552 HT Den Haag) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

What is collected, and why

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, so that I can reply to you.
• Registration form: the student's name, date of birth, school, programme, subjects and any remarks you add; and the name, email, mobile number and address of the responsible parent or guardian, plus the name, email and mobile of a second parent if given. These are used to plan lessons, to stay in contact about the student, and to prepare invoices.

I ask only for what is needed for these purposes. The data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties, except the services that store and transmit it (see below) and, where required, my accountant for invoicing and tax purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the agreement to provide tutoring and, for registration details, on the consent you give when submitting the form. Because students are usually under 18, registration is done by a parent or legal guardian.

Where the data is kept

The website, its database and the email delivery run on Cloudflare, Inc. Messages and registrations arrive in my Gmail mailbox (Google). Both providers process data under their own privacy terms and standard contractual safeguards.

How long

Registration details are kept while lessons continue and are removed after the tutoring ends, except for the details that must be kept on invoices, which Dutch tax law requires me to retain for seven years. Contact-form messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you or your child, or withdraw your consent, by sending me a message through the contact form or by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
